3 months Warranty on All Products
We provide a 3-month limited warranty on your product, starting from the day you receive it. This warranty covers significant defects in how the product was made (defects in workmanship).
This warranty is provided by us and replaces any separate warranty that might have been offered by the original manufacturer.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
It's important to understand what is not covered. Your warranty will not apply to issues caused by:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Products naturally wear out over time.
- Damage or Misuse: Any accidental or intentional damage, neglect, or using the product in abnormal conditions.
- Ignoring Instructions: Failure to follow the instructions in this guide.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Any alteration or repair done by someone we have not approved.

Our Responsibility
Our responsibility is strictly limited to the product we sold you. We are not liable for any secondary damage, such as a failure of other machinery or equipment that this product was installed in.

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please notify us in writing (e.g., by email) within 7 days of discovering the issue.

What We Will Do
If you have a valid warranty claim, we will decide, at our discretion, to either:
- Replace the product free of charge; OR
- Issue you a refund for the purchase price.
This will be our complete responsibility for the claim.

Important Legal Limitation
This is the only warranty we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all other implied warranties.
Please be aware: Any legal action or claim related to a defect must be filed within three (3) months from the date you received the product. After this 3-month period, all claims will be permanently barred, regardless of when the defect was discovered.
